All orders placed with us are usually couriered to our customers.
We offer a regular courier service as well as an overnight option. Regular courier services usually take between 2-3 working days.
For overnight delivery services, orders should be placed with us at latest by 13:00. Orders placed after the cut off times would still be sent out the next day with our courier partner, for overnight delivery.
Courier charges would depend on the size and weight of your order. For an indication of the courier charges, add items to your cart and enter your address. Relevant courier charges would be displayed.
Payments made are usually handled by Payfast (a third party bank).
Payfast caters for instant EFT’s into our accounts .
Supported banks include: Standard Bank, Capitech, FNB, Nedbank.
Payfast also allows payments to be made via Snapscan and Zapper.
Payments using Debit & Credit Cards may also be made through Yoco.
As a third option, payments may also be made directly into our bank account via EFT.
Kindly note that payments made via this method, requires that funds clear our accounts (usually between 24-48hr).
As soon as payment for your order clears our bank accounts , we prepare and dispatch your order.
Kindly note that should payment be made directly into our bank account, proof of payment would need to be sent to info@360vape.co.za
Upon placing an order with us, your invoice would be emailed to you. You may also log into your account and download your invoice.
